The mission of the Royston Elementary School Library is to foster a love of reading and learning in addition to modeling and utilizing current technologies to assist all patrons to become responsible users of information.

The Royston Elementary Library Media Program seeks to create an environment that promotes learning for all students by providing equitable access to information and encouraging lifelong learning. It strives to extend and enhance the classroom experience by providing quality learning experiences designed to equip students with the skills to adapt and thrive in a changing global environment.
